A 24,000-barrel expansion of the existing Liquid Mud Plant capacity at Aramco's Jaffurah unconventional gas development — one of the largest non-associated gas projects in the Kingdom.
Scope: additional storage and process tanks, full piping network with hydrostatic and pneumatic testing, electrical room extension with MCC modifications, instrumentation upgrades, and integration into the existing control system without disrupting live operations.
Delivered ahead of the drilling-campaign schedule and handed over with zero lost-time incidents.
